What are the shipping options?
Currently only shipping within the UK.
Packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48h.
Illustrations are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During shop updates or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, I'll let you know.
Is pick-up available?
Yes, select “North London pick-up” during checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a pick up time in North London with you.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Not currently as I’m still figuring out how to calculate the shipping rates. If you live outside of the UK and would like to buy an item (thank you!), contact me via the form below and I can assess the shipping rates on an individual basis.
Will sold-out pieces be made again?
Most pieces are unique and will not be recreated. Similar motifs and forms may return in future collections, but each object is made as a one-of-a-kind piece.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is packed carefully using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. I'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Are all of your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every ceramic piece is made, carved and finished by hand in my London studio. Small variations in colour, shape and surface are part of the making process and make each piece unique.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted if you change your mind, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Do you take commissions?
I occasionally accept commissions depending on my studio schedule. If you have an idea in mind, please get in touch through the contact page. Please be aware that custom commission rates will be higher than shop prices.
