Step Inside

Step Inside invites the viewer to experience painting in an immersive way. The exhibition re-creates a painting of an interior, using only pattern manipulation to differentiate and identify domestic objects. The viewer is able to physically understand and feel a two-dimensional rendering by pulling it into a three-dimensional space and provoke embodied methods of looking.
